Extra richness and luxury stem from an innovative twist on the traditional winemaking. 50% of all the grapes used to make this wine are dried for 45-60 days after harvest. The deeply concentrated juice from these partially dried grapes adds a depth and complexity not seen traditionally. 55% Corvina, 25% Rondinella, 10% Corvinone, 5% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. 13.5% alcohol by volume.
